So let me be honest, I was running out of food in the refrigerator and the pantry. One thing I always seem to have is a box of pasta! Luckily for tonight’s dinner I was able to shake things up a bit (Lol) and use a white roasted garlic cream sauce rather than the good ol’ marinara standby I usually turn to.
Okay, let me be honest again… this dish was gonna be really tasty with spinach and portobello mushrooms but, the mushrooms had grown fuzz while in the fridge. Yea, I know. Gross.
Dinner still turned out delish though with the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregano giving it the little something it was missing in the end.
