Fish tacos
Why do people still say “What?! Fish tacos?” Yes. They are delicious. Another favorite of mine while dining out that I decided to tackle at home. I used tilapia but they’re great with whiting, cod, salmon, or mahi mahi. Served on warm corn tortillas and topped with romaine lettuce, chopped black olives, roma tomatoes, and lime. I could probably eat these everyday!
