Buffalo Chicken Salad
One of my favorite meals in life! I usually order this if I go out to eat so I figured I should add to the #DomesticationOfMo by saving money & making it at home! [Fried chx tenders in buffalo sauce, romaine lettuce, red onion, roma tomato, croutons, and the ‘oh so delicious, makes almost every meal better’ avocado. Bleu cheese would be the dressing of choice.
